So I got up at 4:30am, looked at the Crossfit WOD (work out of the day

make breakfast and go back to bed. I chickened out.
after taking a mini nap, I decided to go to Spin Class at the YMCA. I don't know that I'll be able to walk tomorrow.
I have a swim lesson tonight (totally scared and looking forward to it!).
