UGH... I had a mediocre week. The Plan vs Real Life.

Real Life - Swim & 3.4 mile run (no bike)
Tuesday
The Plan- 1 hour Spin
Real Life - / Nothing
Wednesday
The Plan- Swim
Real LIfe - Swim
Thursday
The Plan- 1 hour Spin
Real Life - Nothing
Friday
The Plan - Run 3m
Real Life - Swim & rip up living room carpet (that's a workout!)
Saturday
the Plan - Swim
Real Life - Nothing - Well, A day spent with my 4 1/2 year old Daughter
Sunday
The Plan- 1 hour Bike/Spin
Real Life - Elliptical 1 hour (no childcare at the YMCA on Mother's Day).
In truth, I had 3 days where I questions whether my kids were not feeling well. Ultimately, they come first and I didn't have a good back up plan.
Swimming is still my weakness. As I'm learning, my running and bike get easier/better as a result of my swimming practice. Knowing that makes me feel better about putting my training time into swimming.
In my DietBet.com news, I have 8 days to the end of the first challenge. I was 1/2lb away from my goal but then I found a couple pints of ice cream (along with cottage cheese, yogurt, cheddar, chocolate, cake, french fries, corn bread, hashbrown casserole, ) so as of this morning, my goal is 3lbs away. This will keep me on track on my workouts this week!
