So yesterday I was waiting for the warm sunny ride... except I waited to
long and then didn't do it. MORAL... Get out the door and do it! It's
not THAT cold!
I slept in - so no morning workout.... Then Mall Walking got canceled.
So that was out... THEN I went to the Downtown YMCA to attend a beginner
spin class but the instructor (ED-I've heard about him for years) was
sick so class was canceled. This afternoons meet up with a momma was
canceled cause my kids lost their minds! The only workout I still got in
Was the Fleet Feet Tri 101 Class 1. We did some stretches, then ran.
well... I ran/walked. I tried to find someone who was at the same pace
as I but didn't. So I'm somewhere beginner. Maybe cause I'm just too social. Any who,
I'm excited to keep up with the running and see how much I improve. In
the mean time my shins hurts.
I also noticed, I need bright clothing... blinky lights. Cause I have a
couple of weeks before time change and can't get out until the kids get
in bed!
So yes.... I'm going to sleep tonight (I did have a 40minute nap today) and walk up and get active!
