Crossfit "Boot" Camp Week 1

Monday was interesting. I didn't know the status of my toe and I tried.
Time 11:02 - 8rounds of 75m row & 15 air squats.

My thighs felt it all week.


Wednesday - I just couldn't get my act together. My toe was ouchy and my mindset sucked.

Today - Friday - We stretched (love a foam roller). Did our warm ups.
Partner WOD
Then 12 minutes AMRAP.
100m run (carrying a weighted ball) for me 100m Row
Sumo Dead-lift with Kettle Bells (our weight 18lbs)
The count was based on the Kettle Bell Reps... we reached 176.


My shoes are uneven... so I felt the lifts in my right leg. I felt the rowing in my left leg... We'll see how this thing goes!

oh.. and when she called it - I would attempt 3 push ups. The road was ouchy but the wall took too long to get too.
