I'm not sure where to start. For those following my physical journey - I was "resting". Monday I did a Crossfit workout. I scaled it in half because I didn't think I could do it... Well, then I was kicking myself because I realized I could have done it! I cheated myself! UGH.
Today I went to the pool and floated for about 15 minutes. I did a little work out with my arms but nothing too serious. I did sit in the steam bath for 20 minutes and then the sauna for another 30.
I haven't gotten my diet back on track and now our fridge is in need of a doctor. However, I have had a great time having drinks with the Tri 101 crew. Watching the Tri 101 from the side lines has been fun and educational. Watching Form, cadence, attitude - it's all good. I'm looking forward to get back out there with everyone!
I've had a great time sleeping this week. I have slept 8-10 hours almost every day. I've taken it easy and have had a chance to seek God on a few topics I've been holding out on. I had a great time enjoying all the awesomeness that God is.
