Um. Yeah. Not a lot to post because All -Day "Morning Sickness" has officially arrived. I haven't done anything since last Sunday and this Sunday isn't looking that promising either. From waking up, getting everyone ready for school and then tackling the day, there isn't much left for exercise. The thought of swimming makes me want to hurl. The idea of running makes my stomach attack my throat and then there's the idea that I have to maintain balance on a bike - that has disaster written all over it. Apparently I had Morning Sickness with the other two but it wasn't like this... at least I don't remember it knocking me out for a week.
My goals are on hold until I can figure out how to handle this pregnancy and exercise. I don't want to lose what I've gained, but I want to be smart about it as well. So, until I can get my butt in gear ...
