Um. yeah. This pregnancy (yes... i'm only 7 weeks a long - long way to go) is kicking my tail. I am whipped. After a serious Saturday and Sunday I was looking forward to Monday work out too. Alas, I had childcare issues so it turned into a rest day. Then Tuesday came... then Wednesday and they both turned into rest days. Today I've got to get out and do something! I just have no energy! non! The past 2 days I've slept 12 hours and took hour naps in the day.
My struggle is this- I've worked hard at adding exercise and movement into my life this year and I don't want to fall back into old habits. However, I want to feel good about exercise and so far I've just been MORE tired. Finding a balance is proving difficult.
