This Week's Plan 8.4-8.10

Life is already picking up for us! I'm focusing on movement (getting myself ready for the Frantic Frog only 34 Days), I'll have family in town a couple of days and getting the kids ready for school. The summer is in full swing and we have tall grass, a happy energetic dog and a things-to-do list a mile long. So I need a plan - gone are are the days where I'll get it done at some point. (I emailed this to the my Tri 102 coaches for imput so it's subject to change).

 
The Plan -
Sunday 4 - Swim & 5k Run
Monday 5 - Swim, Crossfit, Spin, Pilates
Tuesday 6 - Make up Tri 102
Wednesday 7 - Swim, Crossfit, Spin, Pilates
Thursday 8 - Swim, 5k Run
Friday 9 - Crossfit, Spin,  ?
Saturday 10 - Guntersville
Sunday 11 - Rest

I have got to improve my swim and run - so If I can, I'll be sneaking in a short run here and there.  At this point my triceps are still hurty - even with the icy hot, so I'm hoping they magically heal through the night. I'd like to rub my eye or eat without hurting.

Alright - off to cuddle with my kids!
