Saturday 10 - Guntersville
Sunday 11 - RestI have got to improve my swim and run - so If I can, I'll be sneaking in a short run here and there. At this point my triceps are still hurty - even with the icy hot, so I'm hoping they magically heal through the night. I'd like to rub my eye or eat without hurting.
Alright - off to cuddle with my kids!
