Here's the thing I'm learning about me. No plan means nothing happens. I need to at least plan my options and pick them when I wake up... but no plans... produces no fruit. Today ended up being a sleeping day. I took many mini naps, ate pizza and hung out with the hubs. It was still a great day- just not towards any physical/health goals I have.
Which Brings Me To....
My newest DietBet.com challenge. I brought the website/challenge to my moms group. There are enough of us to form a challenge. This should be a fun and intimate challenge. It will not be about the money as much as reaching our goals together. I'm looking forward to it!
So here's the honest raw details. I ate like a gluten this week and did not fulfill my activity goals for the week. so I gained 4.5lbs.... Seriously... it can happen. I had no idea how fast I can gain weight by going back to my old eating habits.... There's a lesson here... I'm sure of it... now... to learn it!

My Goal is to lose 8lbs in 28 days. I'm not sure what the requirement of the challenge is yet but I'm guessing between 7-8lbs.
