Super Saturday

I did not sleep well. I believe I have Good Ol' Alabama Allergies and not "sick". Mowing the lawn and hanging out outside yesterday (beautiful day!) made the pressure in my head so much worse! I'm pretty sure I'm not contagious so I'm going to face the world... albeit... with swimming and not much more... but I'll get my swimming done!


Goals for 2013
I found my goal list for 2013 and I've had to refine them a bit. 


Schedule Complete 2 WOD a week & Yoga 2x a month
Read 1 biography a month someone who has achieved what I want
Keep a detailed food journal
Eat Paleo 80%- primal
Keep the house clean
Read the bible
Learn to do A wall hand stand
Drop 40lbs

Here is my refined list:
Train daily for Triathlon (June 22nd the Sprint, Frantic Frog Sprint Triathlon September 7)
Schedule:2x Swim, 2x Run, 2x Bike, 2x Crossfit, 2x Core Work Out (20 minute Class, Pilates or netflix/youtube) (Plan Plan Plan! Go Go Go!)
Read 1 biography a month (this is super easy for me to do - I seem to do this daily!)
Eat Clean (Paleo/Eat Right 4 Your Type) Real Food
Keep House Clean (This is a work in progress)
Read the Bible (I'm behind in my daily reading but if I can sit and focus for 4 evenings in a row, I can catch up!)
Learn to do a wall hand stand (still haven't even tried), do a double under
Drop 40lbs  (only 28lbs to go!) 

Needless to say, I'm not focusing on world peace this year. This year is all about me. Being honest about it removes the guilt. Once I realize that it's really ok to pursue my own goals that may not immediately help those around me (although I believe it will improve the quality of life for those around me). This is a huge hurdle for me to get over!
