It could be because I've slept this week but I had a knock out of a workout this morning. I fit a 35minute Swim in this morning. It was all drills but I felt great! At every drill I was focused on what my goal was for the drill and nailed it! I managed 550m.
Spin was good. It was my first experience with Sherry She was on top of each song - It was a lot of intervals - which i love because that means a chance to breathe! I used Gu Brew again and I'm convinced on it's ability to keep me focused and not foggy!
A great work out! Maybe it will forgive my dietary sins of yesterday (beer, hot wings and cheese fries).
