Spiritual Sunday and Snazzy Swimsuit

I can't help but think of this Triathlon Experience as a spiritual one. It has really reconnected places in my heart that I had detached because I couldn't deal. Well, for whatever reason, when I'm moving - it comes up and I can deal. I don't have the shame or fear about the situation I once had. It's amazing process to me. 

Today, 2 different sources have talk about relaxing and not letting my heart be trouble. 

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you… Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Today's focus is in the Peace of God. Peace in a swim. Peace on a bike. Peace on a run. 

Snazzy Swimsuit -

So I wrote about my swimsuit issues a couple of weeks ago.  I decided to try again. I got out to a few stores and it was a no go. I've still  super-sized compared to whoever decided what the average size is AND apparently still pretty modest in comparison to what's being sold. So back online I go. I really wanted a "good" suit. I started out looking speedo and like brands. Then I remember the very revealing TYR swimsuits I found in the store. Since they are such a big company I thought I'd see if they have any other designs.... well they did! One that covers..... TYR Square Neck Suit So I'm in a good place again with swim suits! WOOT! 


My Weekly Review: Goal / Reality  Swim 3x / 4x Bike 2x / 3x Run 2x / 1x Crossfit 2x / 1x

I'm happy to be getting as much time in the pool as possible... now I've got to get out there and run... It's turning into my weaker sport!  I'm hoping the endurance growth in the pool will translate into a run!
