Sunday - Rest Day

Rest Day - This means trying to wake up after taking night time medicine for these Allergies I'm dealing with. Spending quality time at Chuck E Cheese with the family (no food - just play!) and then eating a reasonably healthy meal at Golden Corral (I loved their Smoked Turkey BBQ Salad. Kept the cheese and used lemons for salad dressing).  Came home and did a little cleaning here, a little organizing there and then headed outside. I spent a good hour cleaning up the back patio and yard. I didn't waste a lot of time online today but I did relax a little with some surfing. :-) Then back to the kitchen to prep tomorrows supper (Hello Crock Pot), cut up veggies, pack lunches, packed gym/swim bag, got together 4 bags of things to take to donation and make supper for tonight. 

Supper tonight:Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, Beef

Supper tomorrow: Dump all into crock-pot: Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Chicken & Salad Dressing, Water. Place on high for the day.  (While I understand salad dressing is not "healthy"- it's what I got and it's ready to go!). Strawberries are cut and ready for dessert. 

So on this restful day, I prepped the first of this weeks food and made a food plan for the rest of the week, grocery list, scheduled workouts, fun and Things To Do.  

Now that I'm really getting into the meat of training it's helping organize the other part of my life that I let slip simply because I could. The perk - I'm good at organizing and happy to do it and live by it.
